調理スタッフ・調理補助｜フィッシュ&チップス

【業務内容】
調理スタッフとして、店舗での調理・キッチン業務全般をお任せします。
食材の仕込み・下準備、メニューに沿った調理、フィッシュ＆チップスなどの料理の調理・盛り付け、オーダーに応じた料理の提供、食材の在庫・品質管理、キッチン内の清掃・整理整頓、食品衛生・安全管理、キッチンスタッフやホールスタッフとの連携・業務サポート、開店・閉店作業、その他キッチン業務全般。

【Your Responsibilities】
As a Chef / Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for a range of cooking and kitchen duties, including preparing ingredients and mise en place, cooking dishes according to our menu and recipes, preparing and plating Fish & Chips and other menu items, preparing orders efficiently while maintaining consistent food quality, managing food stock and ingredient quality, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, maintaining food hygiene and safety standards, supporting and working closely with the kitchen team, communicating with the Front of House team, opening and closing kitchen duties, and other general kitchen and cooking duties.
